To open a rental account, clients must provide a valid Québec-issued driver’s license along with proof of residency. A credit card in the same name is also required, and the cardholder must be the person picking up the rental.

A security deposit is not usually required. However, Redone Rental reserves the right to request one for certain circumstances, such as large or high-value rentals. Clients are 100% responsible for the equipment and responsable for their own insurance or not. Redone Rental also reserves the right to charge for any equipment that is lost or damaged.

Yes, reservations can be made both online and in-store. Please call ahead to confirm availability before visiting.

Our rental rates are based on the duration: 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, or 1 month. For longer rental periods, please contact us—custom pricing can often be arranged.
